*Check if customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

*Can be trusted with inventory system
*Stock service areas with supplies
*Responsible for set-up and service in all dining areas for all guests
*Assist the supervisor with creating a weekly schedule for the staff
*Checks daily guests table counts
