Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience as Manager/Supervisor
Able to supervise daily store operations; responsible for the management of operating expenses and food costs.
Able to do regular restaurant reports such as Sales report, Inventory report, P&L, etc.
Capable of leading store in achieving performance target.
Skilled in planning & development of programs to improve overall efficiency of store operations.
Guarantees the strict compliance of quality control standards, cash & inventory control standards; knowledge of POS is an advantage.
Strong organizational, leadership & interpersonal skills.
Previous work experience in a Food & Beverage Services establishment is a must.
