The Sales Development Representative shall initiate sales and marketing talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to open up relationship with potential buyers. He/she shall be at the frontline of the sales process who will nurture leads until they become ready to engage with sales executives.

Conduct research on all contacts or accounts assigned.
Ensure that all contact details and needed information are verified and accurately documented.
Identify and touch base with key decision makers involved with potential client’s sales and marketing initiatives
Diligently nurture qualified targets
Establish interest and initiate communication with clients
Clearly explain what our client’s company is about, their products and/or services to potential customers
Schedule an appointment between our client’s representative and the prospect in a time convenient for both
Set expectations for the meeting and handle prospect’s queries in a very professional manner
Obtain and verify contact information including names, emails, addresses, etc.
Input customer details and other pertinent information gathered from the initial correspondence in the CRM system
Understand client specifics and requirements
Reach 150 dials on a daily basis
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least 2 years in College
At least 1 -2 years of direct work experience in Outbound Telemarketing, Appointment Setting or Telesales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRMs
Ability to effectively communicate with any level of buyer/influencer
Responsible self-starter and over-achiever
Positive attitude and great organizational skills
Persistent drive and desire to succeed
