• Taking phone calls from customers;
• Answering questions about the product or service;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• At least Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates welcome to apply.
• Know how to use a computer.
• Know how to speak in English.
• With at least 6 months Call Center experience.
