Job Descriptions:
– Manage and resolve customer complaints
– Take payment information and other important information
– Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
– Inform customer of deals and promotions

Job Qualifications:
– Must be a senior high school graduate
– With at least 1 year of call center experience
– Average English communication skills
– Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
