Qualification Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related field
At least 2 years of experience at same field of work
New Graduates are welcome to apply
Proven experience in working in business operations or sales operations
Strong Analytical, Organizational and Creative Thinking Skills
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
Knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting Writing
The ability to work under pressure
Flexibility at work schedule is a good big factor
Knowledge with hubstaff is preferred
Legal Documentation background is preferred
Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
Discretion and confidentiality

Job Description
Assist the business operations in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
Responsible for the management of workflow throughout all client and employees
Preparation of Agreement and Annexes documents for the business
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance of operations
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Handling employee and client communication through customer service
Resolving issues and troubleshooting a variety of situations with clients.
Provide office support and assistance.
Assist with a variety of office projects and processes.
