We are looking for a people operation talent who is responsible for assisting the company’s HR &
Develop HR & Admin Policy for company & Staffs
Prepare Employment Offer, Contract & other HR-related documents when required
&take necessary approval.
Update the daily files.
Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
Knowledge of GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem & help company for Insurance.
Prepare and maintain reports weekly for the tasks completed or in progress.
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions including the arrival and
deployment of the newly arrived worker.
Adhere to Labor laws, rules and regulations
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Manage daily administrative tasks
English can be used as working language with good written and oral communication skills, and
fluent in local dialect of Philippines.
Eligible to work in Philippines.
2-4 year HR related working experience.
Experienced in talent acquisition.
Good demonstration skills.
Be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment and with innovation thinking.
