Responsibilities:
• Responsible in sourcing Japanese speaking people for the company requirements
• Screen resume and
• Responsible in conducting interview
• Endorse qualified applicants to the Hiring Manager
• Responsible in providing application feedback and updating the status of the candidate
• Attend to applicant follow-ups and queries
• Manage proposals, contracts and translation requirements of the client
Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• Must be fluent in English
• Can speak, read and write Japanese
• With Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any equivalent
• Must have experience in corporate setting handling Japanese clients
• HRS background is an advantage
