Requirements:

Proficient in speaking, reading or writing German
Must have Good English communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in Customer Service is a big plus
Must be willing to relocate and work in Davao City
Responsibilities:
Verifies account information of the client
Provides solution to client problems
Prepare quality reports of transaction
Sustains quality feedback and coaching sessions with CSR
Develop and implement trainings to improve the system
Handling quality check and file a report to the management
