
MSS Cycle Trading (Motorstar)
Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, can work closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Psychology Graduate or any 4 year behavioral course.
- At least 2 years experience.
- People Oriented
- Familiar with Government/DOLE procedures
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Willing to travel within the assigned geographical regions.
