MSS Cycle Trading (Motorstar)
Responsible for overseeing the human resources management functions to ensure the effective and efficient provision of advice and service to operating units for the optimum utilization of the Company’s human resources through the formulation, implementation and administration of HR plans and programs for the welfare and development of employees and in support of the vision, mission and values and in line with the company’s goals and objectives. Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development and productivity of employees. To develop and implement an employee relations program to effectively deal with problem resolution and performance issues.
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
