- Proven experience in handling a team of leaders in a BPO set-up
- Expert in dealing with C-Level Executives
- Comfortable in communicating with Aussie client
- Ensure delivery of the process as per the agreed SLAs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Building and retaining a strong team
- Establish and implement innovative process and systems
- Formulation of short and long term plans to ensure achievement of targeted goals
Qualification
- College Graduate preferably related to Business Administration or similar course
- At least 3 years of related leadership experience for an Outbound Call Centre
- Proven experience in business development, sales and strategy planning
- Good understanding of financial principles
- Proven negotiation & persuasion skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can start ASAP
