  • Proven experience in handling a team of leaders in a BPO set-up
  • Expert in dealing with C-Level Executives
  • Comfortable in communicating with Aussie client
  • Ensure delivery of the process as per the agreed SLAs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Building and retaining a strong team
  • Establish and implement innovative process and systems
  • Formulation of short and long term plans to ensure achievement of targeted goals

Qualification

  • College Graduate preferably related to Business Administration or similar course
  • At least 3 years of related leadership experience for an Outbound Call Centre
  • Proven experience in business development, sales and strategy planning
  • Good understanding of financial principles
  • Proven negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Can start ASAP
