Appointment Setter – Outbound Agent- Australian Accent

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Creating OUTBOUND calls to schedule appointments for sales consultants
  • Creating new database from property sales data
  • Cleaning existing database and entering all correct details into Customer database
  • Confirm appointment after it has been booked
  • Entering data into our customer database
  • Updating Sales Calendar
    Input of appointments booked into sales calendar

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to persuade and convince prospective clients
  • 1 year of experience of outbound (cold) calling and appointment setting (preferably Real Estate clients)
  • Computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM programs
  • Experience in business to consumer sales
  • Experience working with a team to support targeted quota
  • Experience with property investments, sales and/or direct response sales are greatly preferred, but not a requirement
  • A can do attitude and the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
