Here are the skill sets we are looking for – keep in mind we want a stellar Operations Manager (Financial Account) Rockstar so you MUST have these skills to be considered.

  • Proven experience in handling a team of leaders for a Financial Account of at least 100-200 employees
  • Expert in dealing with C-Level Executives
  • Ensure delivery of the process as per the agreed SLAs
  • Ensure sufficient workforce volume to engage customers on a daily basis including local holidays and critical work days
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Building and retaining a strong team
  • Establish and implement innovative process and systems
  • Formulation of short and long term plans to ensure achievement of targeted goals


  • College Graduate preferably related to Business Administration or similar course
  • At least 3-5 experience as a Unit Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor or Coach in a BPO setting (Preferably Financial related Customer Service, Collections, and Consumer Loans Management)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales and strategy planning
  • Good understanding of financial principles
  • Proven negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Can start ASAP
