The HR Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office – administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. This role will execute/facilitate responsibilities in the following functional areas:

  • Departmental Development
  • Administrative Functions
  • Employee Orientation and Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Benefits and Compensation
  • Company-Wide Committee Facilitation;
  • Company Employee Communication;
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration;
  • Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and Health;
  • Employee Services and Counseling
  • Employment and Compliance to Regulatory Concerns and Reporting
  • Policy Documentation and Development
  • Assist/Attend/Facilitate Disciplinary Actions

The role will lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. He/she coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Sr. Manager for Human Resources and assists/advises company managers about Human Resources issues, if necessary.

  • Provide end to end HR and admin support
  • Deliver and effectively carry out all HR processes, initiatives and administrative functions
  • Assist/facilitate/carry out employee engagement programs
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, memorandum and/or other relevant documents
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance
  • Create and draft reports and presentations on HR metrics and programs (e.g. turnover rates, leave requests)
  • Attend to employees queries about HR and/or Admin related issues
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Administer/document employee disciplinary action process
  • Conduct employee on-boarding and orientation
  • Facilitate HR projects and initiatives
  • Other tasks that may be assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and other related courses
  • Experience in Labor and Employee relations
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati and work on a permanent graveyard shift (11PM – 8AM) from Mondays to Fridays
  • Knowledge in benefits (government and company) management
  • Above average interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • BPO experience is an advantage
  • High sense of integrity
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Attention to details and ability to multi-task is an asset
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork duties
  • Demonstrated capability to make informed decisions, manage workload, and meet deadlines independently
  • Capability to analyze and find solutions to challenges
