The role the Senior Accountant is to oversee the general accounting facet of the Finance Department. To maintain the Company’s accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of books.

This role with will be handling tasks and transactions that may be related to:

  • Prepares and records Accounting entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Prepare payroll of local employees
  • Prepare bi-monthly budget and fund requests
  • Prepares Trial Balance, Financial Statement and Balance Sheet
  • Ensure accounting and financial reports are prepared in a timely manner in compliance with business and/or government permit renewal and/or transaction
  • Ensure that all Company transactions are posted in the General Ledger for accounts receivable, payable, cash receipts and cash disbursements
  • Ensure timely and accurate settlements of invoices and payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of contributions with SSS, PhilHealth and Pagibig
  • Prepare, file and process remittance payments of monthly, quarterly Withholding Taxes and other reports required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance (e.g. Posting of closing and accrual entries, bank recon)
  • Prepare monthly reports assigned by the General Manager
  • Perform other accounting and operational duties that may be assigned


  • Candidate must a CPA
  • 4-5 years of work-related experience (non-negotiable)
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
  • Extensive experience in handling Finance/General Accounting, AP, AR, Invoicing, Analysis and Reconciliation, Payments/Disbursements
  • Knowledge in tax requirement and government regulations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Can work well under pressure and a good team player
  • Advanced knowledge with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
