- Handles customer inquiries
- Ability to handle most customer interactions independently.
- Ability to explain basic, general product information in functional area.
- Assist team members daily to complete work in order to meet departmental, organizational and regulatory standards.
- Ability to leverage critical thinking skills when deciding when or when not to escalate customer tickets to next-level support channels
- Effective decision making based on comprehensive case analysis
- Demonstrate valuable interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Swedish languages both verbal and written
SALARY: 100 to 120K
