路聽Ability to handle most customer interactions independently.

路聽Assist team members daily to complete work in order to meet departmental, organizational and regulatory standards.

路聽Ability to leverage critical thinking skills when deciding when or when not to escalate customer tickets to next-level support channels

路聽Effective decision making based on comprehensive case analysis
