We are an IT Business Solutions reseller as well as a Telemarketing Agency located in Australia.
We are looking for an IT-savvy individual who has experience in recruitment as far as screening applicants, shortlisting, interviewing, social media checking and phone interviewing, and reference checking.
We are offering P100 per hour or more based on experience and skill set.
• Must have excellent English communication skills both oral and especially written.
• Reasonably fast and accurate typing speed
• Good to intermediate IT skills in MS Office and experience using recruitment software
• Experience with interviewing candidates and sifting the wheat from the chaff
• Experience in reference checking
• Highly organized with strong initiative to take an idea and run with this independently
• Reasonably fast and reliable internet connection.
• Skype set/video and mic for conference calls, share screen, and video calls.
• Relatively modern and reliable computer
• Quite productive home work environment
