Job Responsibilities:

·         Provides Customer Service / Technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation.

·         Obtains information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

·         Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

·         Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Candidate must be finished in HS/ 2 YEAR / 4 year course/ vocational courses in any related field

With or Without Call Center Experience are welcome to apply

Excellent in communication skills (both written and spoken)

Must have knowledge in computer navigation

Willing to work shifting schedules

BPO experience is a PLUS but not required

Willing to work in FULL TIME

Can Start as soon as possible

 

Skill and Knowledge:

Proper phone etiquette

Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately

Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar

Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Effective listening skills

Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good

Multi-tasking capabilities
